We know you’re excited to get on the move with your new gear—and we’re just as excited to get it to you. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship FARA products, from delivery options to international logistics.

Shipping Within the U.S.

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150. For smaller orders or faster delivery, we provide several affordable options at checkout.

Shipping options include:

  • Standard (3–7 business days) – Free on orders $150+
  • Expedited (2–3 business days)
  • Express (1–2 business days)

Orders typically ship from our fulfillment center within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

International Shipping

Yes—we ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. We currently use reliable international carriers such as DHL, UPS, and USPS International to ensure your gear travels safely across borders.

Important notes for international customers:

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your order total unless otherwise specified. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Some international deliveries may be subject to customs delays.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email, and a second email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Timeline Overview:

  • Orders ship in 1–2 business days
  • Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited/Express options: 1–3 business days
  • International delivery: Varies by destination, typically 7–14 business days
