FARA Warranty Policy

At FARA, we design with purpose—each bag a companion for your journey, each stitch a mark of intent. And just like the feather, they’re made to endure.

Our Promise

We stand behind the quality of our gear. FARA products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty that protects against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the practical life of the product.

If your FARA gear fails due to a defect—we’ll repair or replace it, free of charge. It’s that simple.

What’s Covered

  • Defects in materials (zippers, buckles, fabric, stitching)
  • Defects in workmanship
  • Failures occurring under normal, intended use

This warranty applies to all original FARA products purchased through our website, authorized retailers.

What’s Not Covered

  • Wear and tear from the natural course of travel (scuffs, stains, scratches)
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect functionality
  • Loss, theft, or exposure to extreme conditions beyond intended use

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Email us at support@farafeather.com with:
    • Your order number or proof of purchase
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the product and the affected area
  1. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.
