Refund Policy

FARA Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your FARA gear. If it’s not the right fit—whether for your style, your loadout, or your journey—we’ve got your back.

Return Policy

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. If your bag doesn’t work for you, you can send it back for a full refund (minus shipping fees).

All returned items must be:

  • In new, unused condition
  • With original packaging and tags
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: We do not accept returns of items marked final sale or purchased second-hand from unauthorized sellers.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@farafeather.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions, including a return authorization and shipping details.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

Need a different size, style, or color? Just follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you’d prefer. We don’t currently offer direct exchanges, but this approach ensures the fastest turnaround.

International Returns

We gladly accept returns from international customers, but please note:

  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Any duties, taxes, or import fees paid are not eligible for refund

Gear for the Long Haul

FARA products are made to last a lifetime of journeys. If your return is due to a defect or concern with quality, please refer to our Warranty Policy instead—we’ll make it right.
